Sun visor for a motor vehicle

The sun visor has a movable inner shutter (16) placed between a position of utilization in which one of its faces is disposed against an external face and a position of rest in which its another face is disposed against an internal face. The shutter is fit to support a body of a board. The shutter is bound to the sun visor by a flexible hinge (18) stretching along length of the sun visor.
