Suspension strut for a vehicle suspension

A coil spring (2) has an oval spring end section (3). A vibration absorber's shock absorber axis (D) is offset/sloped towards the spring axis (F) of the coil spring in the direction of the large lateral axis of an oval shape. A spring plate (1) has a sloped support surface to fix the coil spring in place.
