Then, in a duty pressure increasing mode which is one of the pressure increasing mode, values of predetermined values D1, D2 which put a current value to be applied to the normally-opened electromagnetic valve (8) in a relationship such as 100>D1>D2>0 if in the pressure decreasing mode, a current value resulting when the normally-opened electromagnetic valve (8) is continuously turned on is 100, while a current value resulting when the normally-opened electromagnetic valve (8) is turned off is 0 are repeated at predetermined time intervals.",
