Collapsible storage apparatus for vehicle cargo compartments

A portable storage apparatus and a vehicle in which the portable storage apparatus is provided are disclosed. The storage apparatus has a central wall with further walls pivotably attached to the central wall so that they can move from respective stored to operative positions when items are to be stored. When items are removed the walls can be pivoted back into storage positions.
