A fuel cell apparatus is provided with a fuel cell main unit 20A including an electrolyte film 23, an air electrode 24, and a fuel electrode 25, and an electrically conductive member 28 which is electrically connected with said fuel cell main unit. Flow paths S1 for fluid is provided between said fuel cell main unit and said conductive member to cool said fuel cell main unit. Even if a quantity of air to be supplied is reduced, there is no problem of cooling of the fuel cell apparatus.
