A strut (12) in each branch channel passes through the coolant chamber to link the longitudinal side wall of the cylinder head with the gas exchange channel, near a valve seat ring (13). The cooled strut is in a diametrical zone of the one-piece structure of the gas exchange channel and the spark plug or injector dome (6), and is bonded to the gas exchange channel.",
