Retractable device for holding a safety belt

The tilting support for a motor vehicle safety belt (1) has a loop (8) made of metal wire encased in plastic hinged to the side frame (3) of the seat in front of the access door. The retainer has a lock and release assembly with respect to a mounting foot. The retainer can be mounted on the motor vehicle seat back tilt control.
