Fuzzy logic control system for torque distribution in hybrid vehicles
DRIVE
May 6, 2004
The electronic torque control and distribution system (11) includes a controller (12) incorporating a fuzzy logic processor to predict through Soft Computing techniques the torque contributions of the electric engine and of the internal combustion engine. A virtual sensor (15) estimates the vehicle polluting emissions. The controller and sensor are bidirectionally connected to a control unit (4).
