Guide system for guiding window glass of vehicle

A guide system for guiding a window glass (20) of a vehicle includes a guide rail (50) and a guide (60). The guide (60) includes a shaft (200) to be attached to the window glass (20); a base (110) as one part of a component divided in a widthwise direction of the vehicle and contacting an inner surface of the guide rail (50) at an inner side of the vehicle; and a slider (120) slidably attached to the base (110) as the other part of the component and contacting an inner surface of the guide rail (50) at an outer side of the vehicle. An elastic member (130) is disposed between the base (110) and the slider (120) for pressing the slider (120) toward the outside of the vehicle.
