Vibration damping engine mount for internal combustion engine

The vibration damping engine mount includes an introduction section which introduces the negative pressure developed in a negative pressure pump and the atmospheric pressure into a vibration controllable support mechanism, based on the vibration of the internal combustion engine. The introduction section includes a varying air pressure introduction passage (26), negative pressure switching valve (27), negative pressure introduction passage (28), a switching valve (31), and an atmospheric pressure introduction passage (32). An independent claim is also included for a method applicable to a vibration damping engine mount for an internal combustion engine.
