A foam reactor (9) prepares and expels cleaning fluid through the wiper, while a cleaning sponge retains the cleaning fluid in the central area of the wiper. A suction pump (12) sends the used cleaning fluid together with the resultant residues into a reservoir (10). A swiveling cross member (2) supports a cleaning wiper (4) in raised arrangement relative to the main body (1). The wiper receives, via a flexible tube (3), a cleaning fluid expelling duct (16) and a suction duct (17).
