A circuit substrate (100) has throttle position sensor, intake pressure and temperature sensors. An electronic control unit (ECU) (2) has recessed portions (32,33) for engaging projections from a surface of the board. The projected portions are fitted in a throttle housing (1). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) electronic control unit; (2) electronic control unit case; and (3) throttle position sensor.
