The whole is formed into a nearly cylindrical form with the photoelectric transducer wound around thee winding core section. The storage battery is detachable from the core section. The photoelectric transducer is folded in a drawing direction and provided with an engagement section (3a) constituting a grip and a means for storing different batteries.",
