System and method for providing high performance quantizer processing

Instrument measurement data are received on number of channels of quantizer from signals on channels transmitted from respective instruments. Predicted instrument measurement to be received from channels are generated and sorted to determine a prioritization order for applying resets to channels to keep channel signals beneath a saturation threshold. Resets are applied to channels based on determined order.
