Throttle valve with noise reduction device

A throttle valve (10) includes a downstream valve half (14) and an upstream valve half (15). Rectifying fins (18) are arranged on the upstream side surface of the downstream valve half. The rectifying fins relax the energy of intake air stream flowing along the upstream side surface of the downstream valve half.
