STRUCTURE FOR ARRANGING EXTENSION MAT OF AUTOMOBILE

A detachable extended mat (13) is mounted to the rear side of a rear seatback in a vehicle passenger compartment (2). When the seatback is turned forward and folded over the rear seat cushion, the extended mat overlaps and continues to a portion of the trunk compartment mat (11). When the extended mat is removed from the rear seatback, the same mat can be placed on a passenger compartment floor portion (1a) under the rear seat cushion and the footrest space in front of the rear seat.
