Battery powered inverter

The device is connected to a supplying battery (6) with several battery cells (8) in a current supply branch (4a) via two supply lines (5). It is connected to the battery in at least one second supply branch (4b,4c) via supply line. Each current supply branch has an associated inverter stage (9a-9c) for each coil line (3a-3c) of the brushless electric motor (2).
