Clip for attaching strip member

The clip has a car body side joining portion (12) attached to bottom surface of a groove (4) and a strip side joining portion (13) attached to a weatherstrip. The portion (13) is rotatably affixed to the portion (12) around an axis line along the groove. A holding device having a shaft and shaft receiving hole is placed between the joining portions to hold the portion (13) in an upright state with respect to the portion (12).
