The vehicle has a swinging mechanism in which right and left rear wheels are attached to right and left of a body frame through the suspension arms (71,72) such that the rear wheels are vertically moved. A spindle (85) attached to the body, extends in a longitudinal direction of the body. The arms are independently attached to the spindle such that the arms swing vertically and the spindle functions as a swinging shaft.
