Multi-purpose support for positioning and attaching a body part of a car

The support consists of a rigid part in the shape of a long band which comprises a rear tab (32) for fixing the support relative to the longitudinal (X) and vertical (Z) directions. There is a front surface (18) for fixing the support relative to the transverse direction and for fixing the vehicle front crosspiece which carries the headlamp unit and the radiator grill. An articulation tab (42) near the rear end of the support carries an articulation spindle (44) on which the rear end of the bonnet is hinged. There is a stop (62) for supporting the bonnet when it is in the closed position.
