A demounting tool (15) is hinged to the end of a bar of the tool positioning unit. A connecting rod is hinged to one end of the demounting tool while another end is connected to the bar through a lever linkage (21). The bar is also connected to a cylinder piston unit used in withdrawing and advancing the bar.
