Motor mounting for supporting jacks

The mounting of a motor on especially semi-trailer landing gears (2a,2b) has the landing gears interconnected by a connecting shaft (4) and through engaging of the motor are telescopic. The motor (1) acts upon the connecting shaft by its drive shaft (5) and is supported on component which is stationary relative to the motor. A spring element (6) is located between the motor and stationary component and may be a spiral spring, torsion element or a shock absorber.
