An expansion valve (2) structure near a condenser (1) means that a connecting pipe (3a) between the condenser and the expansion valve contains liquid coolant and is shorter than a connecting pipe (3b) between the expansion valve and a vaporizer (4). The longer connecting pipe (3b) contains a gaseous coolant.
