The guide component has a locking tongue constructed as a separate component which is movable between a locked position, in which it blocks movement of the guide component in the winding up direction (F), and a released position in which this movement is not prevented. The locking tongue is spring-loaded in the locked direction, and unlocking means are provided to release the locking tongue.",
