Roller blind for solar protection

The roller blind sunshade (8) is movable between an operating position beneath a transparent vehicle roof (4) and a stowed position next to the roof region. It has a spool (12) and a roller blind (10) whose free end is inserted into a cross-bar with which it can be applied or fixed to a stop in the closed operating position. The roller blind is clamped in the cross-bar.
