This invention provides with a construction machine having a front window-locking device comprising locking members (29) rotatably mounted on a window frame (28) of a front window (22) and adapted to secure the front window either in a closed position or in an opened position of the front window and engaging members (30) provided in a cabin to be coupled with the locking members in a locked state, whereby capable of fixing the front window such that it is attracted to a main body of the cabin without rattling.
