Control device for automatic adjustment of the position of an automobile headlamp
DRIVE
February 11, 2004
The device has an actuator (3) to make a headlight (1) pivot around an axis parallel to a road surface. Sensors (4, 4) are fixed to a chassis closer to front and rear wheels of a vehicle (2). An electronic control system (5) fixed to the actuator controls an actuator based on information provided by the sensors. The control system has an integrator, a subtractor and a follower to manipulate the information from the sensor. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle.
