The acoustic insulation panel (1) is composed of a layer (2) of pliable thermoplastics and a foam layer (3). The thermoplastic layer has integrated fasteners (4), with a structured opening (5) to take a fitting (6) which mounts the panel at a component. The flanking sides (7) of the opening are at least partially embedded in the foam. The two side edges of the opening project from the thermoplastic layer level as at least one beading (9) filled with foam, defining the entry into the fastener opening with a spring clip action. The thermoplastic layer is molded to shape it with the integrated fasteners, and is then placed in a second mold for the foam layer to be shaped and bonded to it by injection molding.
