Sealing device for an exhaust gas pipe

The seal is for a pipe section (2) of an exhaust return pipe (7). It has a sleeve (4) fitted in a wall part (7.2) of the pipe, with partially cylindrical tube parts (6,11). The third tube part acts as support surface for a ring seal (5) in a flange (17). A conical clamp part (10) is located between first and second tube parts, to clamp the return pipe section in the first tube part and press it against the ring seal. The pipe section is fitted into a pipe socket in a mixer housing. The socket has a bore with cylindrical turning (20) and connected conical part (21). The pipe socket (2.1) extending into the housing is curved so that its outlet (2.2) extends in fresh air flow direction (18).
