A clutch control device which adjusts an engaging condition between a wheel and a clutch disc by way of controlling an actuator includes a wheel rotating together with an output shaft of a driving source, a friction clutch having a clutch disc disposed opposite the wheel, and an actuator controlling the clutch disc. The clutch control device also includes an estimation means for estimating a wear amount of the clutch disc based on a load change amount changing the engaging condition between the clutch disc and the wheel.
