Support and connecting device for a cellular phone for a car, and a dash board equipped with such a device

An electronic card (12), connector (13), wire harness (14) and cradle (17) are mounted directly close to each other on top of a base (10). The cradle is joined directly to the connector so that the distance between the base and electronic card is fixed. The base is adapted to a section of the passenger compartment. The electronic card is linked to the connector via a wire harness. A support is provided for holding the phone (18) whilst it is plugged into the connector. An Independent claim is also included for a vehicle dashboard fitted with the holder and connection device (1).
