The axle (6) of the railway wheels (1) is offset to allow the passage of hydraulic rotating motors (2). The railway wheels and their motors are mounted on pivot axles (3) allowing self-orientation of the wheels on the rails and integrating a hydraulic suspension (4) per wheel. The left and right wheels of each axle are connected by a coupling bar (7) with an elastic movement control (8).",
