A control device for a motor fan (70) of a vehicle, which controls the motor fan (70) to cool a radiator (80) for engine coolant and a condenser (90) for air conditioner refrigerant, including: first command value calculation means (100) for calculating a first command value for control of the motor fan (70) according to the refrigerant pressure; second command value calculation means (100) for calculating a second command value according to the coolant temperature; first target value setting means (100) for setting the greater of the first and the second command value as a first target value; second target value setting means (100) for obtaining a second target value for control of the motor fan (70) which corresponds to a total torque which is smaller than a total torque of a torque of an alternator (10) and a torque of a compressor (30) corresponding to the first target value based on the fan speed and/or the external temperature; and control means (100) for controlling the motor fan (70) according to the second target value.
