Sensor holder (8) with a mounting section (18) for an ultrasonic sensor (6). Said holder has a changeover section (20', 20) for attachment to a motor vehicle, especially to the bumper (2', 2) of a motor vehicle. The changeover section has a curved section in at least one sectional plane through the longitudinal axis (10) of the sensor holder that extends from the mounting section to the vehicle. The invention also relates to a corresponding ultrasonic sensor.
