Device for the automatic control of a tire inflation system for motorised vehicles

The device has control electronics that determines the driving state and tire pressures in all tires (13) via sensors or logic and drives pneumatic valves to adapt the tire pressures to the relevant conditions, e.g. vehicle speed, load, road condition, terrain etc. A control element (23) for increasing or reducing a variable volume (29) is provided to match the internal tire pressure to the desired value.
