Accessory-driving equipment connects an engine (1) having an idle stop system, a motor-generator (440) and an accessory including an air-conditioner compressor (450) that is driven even at a time when the idle stop system is operated. The accessory is driven by the engine (1) when the engine (1) is running and driven by the motor-generator (440) when the idle stop system is operated. The accessory-driving equipment includes a first shaft (421) for connecting to the engine (1), a second shaft (422) for connecting to the motor-generator (440), a third shaft (423) for connecting to the accessory, a lock device (460) for locking the third shaft (423) and a clutch (430). The clutch (430) and the lock device (460) are operated so that a torque transmitted from the engine (1) through the first shaft (421) is distributed to the motor-generator (440) and the accessory, or a torque is transmitted from the motor-generator (440) to the engine (1).
