Convertible vehicle with at least two rigid roof elements

A rear roof section (5) is positioned above a front roof section (7,8) in a horizontal position when a roof is in a stowed position. The exterior side of a rear window (6) faces upwardly when the roof is in the stowed position. The roof sections are nested into one another when opening the roof.
