Variable nozzle turbocharger

Exhaust gas turbocharger with variable turbine geometry comprises a distributor (10) having a ring of guide blades (50) pivotably arranged by blade journals (52) on a blade bearing ring (20). Each blade journal axially passes through the blade bearing ring and is fixed at one end to a guide blade and at the other end to a blade lever (54). Each blade lever has a lever arm supporting a radially outward-facing lever head. Each lever head engages in a corresponding recess in an adjusting ring arranged coaxially to the blade bearing ring and rotating relative to the blade bearing ring. The adjusting ring is supported in the radial direction directly on the blade levers. Preferred Features: The adjusting ring has radial bearing surfaces interacting with corresponding radial support surfaces of the blade levers.
