Pressure limiting valve for fuel injection devices

DRIVE October 15, 2003
Source
The pressure limiting valve has a valve body that is held in a closed position, in which the valve body closes a bore in which a medium is under pressure, via a rod (11) forming part of a drive. The drive is a piezo drive (12) with at least one piezoelement connected to the drive rod. The piezo drive is arranged in a pump housing (1) by being screwed into a space (2) in the housing.
