The rotating electrical machine has a stator (8) and a rotor (6). A first part of the rotor and stator comprises teeth (12) extending radially relative to the axis of rotation. Each tooth carries an electrical winding. The first element has several modules (10) angularly separated. Each module has two teeth and a magnetic core joining the teeth to form a magnetic circuit.
