The device has a holder (8) with a number of openings matching the cross-section of the flat galvanic elements, whereby the device has carrier devices (5,6) with contacts (7) and a number of elements is inserted adjacent to each other in the openings. The elements have conducting vanes (2) pointing in one direction and in contact with the contacts.
