A shutter (32) that can open and close the air discharge port (31) is mounted on a case (30). The case (30), being formed of rigid material, is hermetically connected to an opening (26a) of the airbag (26) and is provided with the air discharge port (31). A shutter-driving inflator (33) for driving a shutter (32) from the closed position to the opened position when in operation is connected to the shutter (32).",
