Electromagnetic regulating device

The device has at least one coil, at least two electric connection contacts (2), an armature, an armature counter piece (4) and a short circuit plate (3). The armature counter piece is electrically connected to the short circuit plate and an electrically conducting element (13) is provided between the short circuit plate and one electrical connection contact, whereby there is a connection between the armature counter piece and a vehicle earth.
