Illumination assembly with an adjustable direction mounting

An illumination assembly (10) includes a support bracket (20) adapted for mounting on a support structure and a housing (40) adjustably connected to the support bracket (20). A directional light source is mounted within the housing (40). A cam follower/locking mechanism connected to the support bracket (20) and the housing (40) adjusts the housing (40) to a selected position relative to the support bracket (20) and locks the housing (40) in the selected position. Also provided is an adjustable directional mounting for a directional light source.
