A first heat exchange unit (5) is for condensing a refrigerant discharged from a compressor (1). A second heat exchange unit (6) is provided downstream from the first heat exchange unit (5). A gas-liquid separator (7), into which part of the refrigerant from the compressor (1) and part of the refrigerant from the first exchange unit (5) flow, is for separating the refrigerants into a gas and a liquid refrigerant to accumulate the liquid refrigerant. The gas refrigerant in the separator (7) is lead to the second heat exchange unit (6). A primary refrigerant flow path (5a), included in the first heat exchange unit (5), is for leading the refrigerant to the second heat exchange unit (6). A branch refrigerant flow path (5b), included in the first heat exchange unit (5) and independently partitioned from the primary refrigerant flow path (5a), is for leading the refrigerant to the separator (7).
