Power supply for electrical road vehicles

The current feed arrangement feeds electric current to the vehicle (3) via an insulated current rail on the road (2) and current pick-ups (6) on the vehicle. Current is carried away from the vehicle via the current conducting road and one or two further pick-ups (5,7) corresponding to drive strips.
