Heat exchange device

The device has at least one heat exchanger unit (12a) and at least one second heat exchanger unit (12b) with a first component (13b) of a material with defined electrical and thermal conductivity. The temperature of the first component of the second heat exchanger unit is essentially uninfluenced by the electric current flowing through the component.
