Information system for traffic data

Traffic information system for motor vehicles that have onboard means for receiving traffic related data and means for replaying said data. The system further has means for storing and processing received data so that it is evaluated and filtered according to fixed criteria in respect of its relevance to the driver's location. When information is considered urgent a driver can be warned optically, acoustically or haptically.
