The backrest (14) includes fan-operated ventilation with air inlet opening (42) provided in the upper area of the backrest lining (40) where it covers the fan (32). A cover (44) on the lining part covers the air inlet opening. The backrest lining part (40) is set at a distance behind the padded support and the fan is mounted at least in part in the interspace.
