Glass panel for vehicle roofs with anti-shatter foil

An anti-shatter film (30) which is at least partially transparent is laminated onto the underside of the glass pane (14) forming the panel (10) or onto a solar cell on the underside of the glass pane. The film has a defined uneven surface structure.
